03 · Pricing re-engineering and mobile release
Thirty days on pricing.
Then we ship.
In shortBecause the pricing changes, AISCO has to be re-engineered around it. That is about 30 days of work. The mobile application releases the day you sign off, independent of that work.
- Why AISCO changes. AISCO is built around your pricing mechanics. With one fee for families and a path for attorneys, those mechanics are new, so AISCO is rebuilt to match. The old pricing and the old direction are retired. Data that still serves you is kept.
- The mobile release. On sign-off we complete the integration and submit the mobile application. Apple typically takes two to three weeks to approve or reject, and often returns changes. Your subscription mechanic is one Apple recognizes as a route around its 30% commission, so approval may take longer to secure. That is the reason to submit now rather than later.
- Ready today. Docket Alarm is live. Updates and text alerts are flowing. There is nothing left to wait for.

A note on the billing. We have been billing 127 lockers this entire time while running over 250, which means Labarna has carried the compute on roughly 120 of them since the beginning. We did not catch that in our own billing. That is on us, and we are not going back for it. Going forward, your price drops to $52 per locker, the level we are engineering Gen 5 to reach, and only the 430 lockers that run around the clock are billed. The roughly 100 that run once every 24 hours, because of how that facility works, are cheap to operate and stay on our side.

- A dedicated engineer for your fleet. We are hiring a full-time engineer, at about $4,000 a month, to manage your 500+ lockers. Some facilities need attention daily or hourly, so we expect roughly half their time on InMato and split that cost with you. If a locker goes down, it is fixed immediately, whatever the hour.
